Las Vegas news gets raw with the launch of RawVegas.tv

Watch out Eye Witness news team, there's a new "sexier" kid on the block, RawVegas.tv. A pure play Internet news and information site launched January 19, 2007, RawVegas.tv has the looks and the scoop.

Anchorwoman Denise Pernula dishes out the daily news with a unique perspective. And I have to say, I like it. If you’re tired of watching the same apartment complex go up in flames or view the scene of a recent shooting, then this news is for you. The lighthearted approach, appealing eye-candy and clean digital video just work.

In their first-ever newscast, hot topics such as the valley's water shortage, the UMC debacle and Paula Abdul's strange behavior were reported.

Ms. Pernula even gave some good advice on conserving water in the valley, “Ban wet t-shirt contests, shower with a friend, drink more liquor.”

With this type of well informed journalism, a tech-savvy approach and a little luck, we may have just found a replacement for the bland evening news.

Check out the site at RawVegas.tv.
